Seafood Dish: Grilled Barramundi lightly cooked in extra virgin olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs topped with saffron prawns, champagne cream on kipler and garden mash

Wine: Goose Island Chardonnay

Music: Sunday – 11am – 2.00pm Misjif Jazz Duo, followed by ‘Clearway’ until 6.00pm; Monday: ‘Clearway Lite’ from 12.30pm until 4.30pm.
Entry to Entertainment Area is Limited

Dessert: Sticky Date Pudding served with fresh cream and Old English Toffee icecream

Breakfast: 7.30am – 10.30am Frittata served with toasted Cibatta, cherry tomatoes and field mushrooms
