13. Conte Estate @ Tin Shed Café

(Sunday only) Tin Shed Café

Seafood Dish: Coopers Pale Ale Battered Flathead. A crispy Coopers Pale Ale battered flathead, fried until golden, served with chips, a gourmet salad and our own tartare sauce.
Additional Dish: Tinny Burger. A very popular beef patty with Morroccan Jam, mushrooms cooked in sour cream, fried onion, cheese, tomato and lettuce served on a bap roll with fries. Other dishes available.
Wine: 2008 'Rock Hill' Shiraz or 2009 Mixed UP Teen Rose
Dessert: Variety of tempting desserts available.
Breakfast: Shed Works - Free range eggs, crispy bacon, grilled tomato, roasties, sautéed mushrooms, chipolatas and baked beans served on homemade Egyptian Gold loaf. Other dishes available.
Music: KEEP THE CHANGE - The Corporate Band is a 4 piece line up in a highly entertaining and first class show. Featuring both female and male lead vocals, all the big hits are covered from the 60's to today.

Relish: An all inclusive four course degustation lunch prepared by our in-house Chef Ben Sommariva, matched with wines from the Penny's Hill & Mr. Riggs Cellars, plus a choice of cheeses from around the world or dessert of the day.
Music: PULSE - playing music from the 60's to the very latest Top 40 hits.

Red Poles hosts DogRidge

Breakfast: 9.00am to 11.00am. Poached eggs with smoked salmon and fried capers on toasted lepinja.
Additional Dish: Full 'brekky' of locally made gourmet sausage, fried eggs, bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms on toasted lepinja.
Ticket: $25 per person, including a glass of DogRidge Sparkling.
Lunch: 12.30pm to 3.00pm. 4 course degustation paired with DogRidge's most valuable vintages. Includes hot and sour snapper broth, spicy bug tails, aged scotch fillet and blackcurrant soufflé with chocolate parfait. 'Meet Chef Nat Wilson and enjoy verbal intimacy with Vintner Fred Howard'
Ticket: $70 per person.
Afternoon: 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm. Assorted cheese platter with apples, almonds and lavosh (available for $15).
