Music: Singer, Songwriter- Nick Barker (formerly of The Reptiles) as seen at A Day on the Green supporting Rod Stewart. Lyrical and accoustic blues/rock. Performing both his own original songs and old favourites from his songwriting stints with the likes of Paul Kelly and Hunters and Collectors.

Dessert: Decadent White Chocolate Panna Cotta smothered with Fresh Strawberries macerated in Grappa. Coffee and more by 'The Coffee Hut'.
