EXPERIENCE

Experience Venues will be offering a fresh and delicious seafood entreé for $15.00. Other dishes are available including Vegetarian where indicated with a V.

1. Bocce Club - DogRidge, Sabella, Gemtree/Dowie Doole

(Sunday only) On the Spot Catering with Vince Scarcella

Seafood Dish: Chilli prawns served with a delicious risotto and fresh garden salad.
Additional Dish: Tasty Arancini rice balls filled with roasted capsicums, asparagus, sundried tomatoes, Asiago cheese topped with a true Italian Napolitana sauce.
Wine: DogRidge Viognier, Sabella Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, Gemtree Uncut Shiraz or Dowie Doole Shiraz.
Dessert: All day Tiramisu and vanilla bean panna cotta with mixed berry coulis.
Breakfast: 9.00am to 11.00am. Wholesome party starter – bacon and eggs (fried or scrambled) with chipolata sausage, tomato, mushrooms and toast.
Music: THE SMARTY BOYS – offer kaleidoscope of entertainment including tributes to Blues Brothers, Pink, Robbie Williams and ABBA. Dance yourself into a frenzy to music from the 60's through to today.

Seafood Dish: All Fired Up Wood Fired pizza with fillets of Spencer Gulf King Fish marinated in chilli and seasonal herbs, topped with mozzarella and provolone dolce cheese and lemon wedges.
Additional Dish: Mediterranean charcoal prawn skewers are part of an extensive selection of seafood, chicken and lamb skewers served with Greek salads and Turkish breads.
Wine: Chalk Hill Sparkling (Chardonnay Pinot Noir)
Dessert: Cibo Ricotta Cannoli, a traditional Sicilian crusty pastry roll, lined with chocolate, filled with vanilla ricotta, coated with chocolate chip and pistachio nuts.
Breakfast: 8.00am to 11.00am. Breakfast Pizza - with double smoked bacon, free-range eggs, tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese.

Dessert: Marbled Chocolate Cheesecake, rich and decadent served with Vanilla Bean Creme Anglese.
Breakfast: 8.00am to 11.00am. Winemakers Breakfast - local bacon, sausage, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato, zammit ham, hash brown, bean cassoulet and free range eggs served with a warm sourdough roll. All breakfasts are finished with a glass of our sparkling!
