Shiraz. Taste across McLaren Vale sub-regions with the Tintara Single Vineyard
Collection, and includes the 2010 Bushing King winning 2004 Eileen Hardy Shiraz.

Seafood Dish: Smoked Salmon on Turkish bread with avocado & a salsa of tomato,
capers, red onion & dill with hollandaise.
Additional Dish: Poached Kangaroo Island free range eggs & bacon on thick sour
dough with slow roasted tomato & Hamlet chipolata sausage or Sauté mushrooms
& baby spinach on toasted organic olive & rosemary sourdough with Udder
Delights goats curd & sticky balsamic.
Wine: Syn Cuvee (Sparkling White) or Syn Rouge (Sparkling Shiraz)

pretend to know the history of chowder, but we do know lots of lively discussion,
fun and laughter always accompany the dish!

Dessert: Chocolate and Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and whipped
cream.
Music: QUATRO - talented young musicians from the Elder Conservatorium of

Delight: Noon Winery and Fino Restaurant are joining in the Sea and Vines
festivities with a special lunch for 20 people. Meet at the winery at 11.00am for a
vineyard tour, glass of wine and canapés. Then we move to Fino Restaurant in
Willunga (5 minutes drive) for lunch with accompanying back vintages of Noon
wines hosted by Drew Noon.

the flavours of the Fleurieu. Menu designed by McLaren Vale Foodie Pip Forrester,
in the beautiful setting of Producers- Farm Gate. Enjoy four hosted tasting sessions
and then create your own Fox Creek wine blend under the guidance of winemaker,
Scott Zrna. Relax into an afternoon of fine wine and food. An experience not to be
