The McLaren Vale Wine Show is one of the most significant regional wine shows in Australia,culminating in the crowning of the McLaren Vale “Bushing King/Queen” at the famous Winemakers Bushing Lunch.
The Wine Show’s mission is to “Provide a vehicle for presenting McLaren Vale wines to ensure that the excellence of the varieties, viticulture, production, provenance and sub-regionality are celebrated”.
The judging of wines in 2012 was conducted over a three day period from Monday 15th – Wednesday 17th October and is surrounded by a number of member, sponsor and community events.
